We’re hiring dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Douglas County to provide high-quality, 1-on-1 home therapy that truly transforms lives for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

What You’ll Do Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA interventions in the client’s home using plans crafted by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Track Growth: Accurately collect and log real-time behavioral data to track client achievements.

Empower Families: Coach and guide parents and caregivers on key strategies to support consistent progress outside of sessions.

Collaborate & Learn: Work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team and participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

What We’re Looking For Active RBT Certification (Completion of 40-hour training and passed BACB exam).

Experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities.

Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation to commute to client homes throughout Douglas County.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field preferred (not required).
