Help children with autism and other developmental disabilities build communication, daily living, and other skills that matter to them and their families. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll provide one-to-one ABA services with training and support from experienced clinical leaders.
What you’ll do
- Follow individualized behavior plans during one-to-one sessions.
- Help clients practice communication, daily living, and personal care skills, which may include toileting and hygiene.
- Record accurate progress data and share updates with your clinical team.
- Communicate professionally with families and team members.
- Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.
What you’ll need
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Clear communication skills and an interest in working with children.
- The ability to assist clients with the physical parts of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
RBT certification is preferred, but it is not required to apply for a BT position. Experience in childcare, education, direct support, or a related field is welcome.
