The ABA Behavior Therapist will

  • Provide individualized, one\-on\-one ABA support to a child
  • Implement treatment goals and behavior intervention programs under the direction of the supervising BCBA
  • Support the development of communication, social, adaptive, academic, and daily living skills
  • Collect accurate data during sessions
  • Follow treatment protocols and maintain consistency across sessions
  • Collaborate closely with the supervising BCBA and the child’s family
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with caregivers and team members
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
  • Protect the child’s privacy and maintain professional boundaries
