Help children with autism and other developmental disabilities build communication, independence, and daily living skills. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll provide one-to-one ABA services with training and support from an experienced clinical team.
What you’ll do
- Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessions.
- Teach new skills through structured activities and play.
- Help clients practice daily living and personal care skills, which may include toileting and hygiene.
- Record accurate data on client progress.
- Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and team members.
- Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.
What you’ll need
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be available Monday–Friday between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.
- Have a valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Be interested in working with children and helping them build new skills.
Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome but not required. Students studying psychology, occupational therapy, early childhood education, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
