Help children and young adults build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA and receive support from an experienced clinical team.
What you’ll do
- Follow individualized treatment plans during in-home sessions.
- Teach skills through structured activities and play.
- Record accurate data so the clinical team can track each client’s progress.
- Communicate professionally with your BCBA, team members, and families.
- Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.
What we’re looking for
- An interest in working with children and young adults.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to follow an individualized treatment plan.
- Reliable attendance for assigned sessions.
Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome.

Requirements
- Must have own reliable transportation and full coverage auto insurance. Driving is required in these areas.
- Must have strong oral and written language skills, organized and timely, professional boundaries with families, and ability to multi-task and work independently in fast-paced environment
