Lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across Maryland.
$82,500 to $94,500 + up to $40K retention + performance bonus

Time Off, W ork S chedule & W orkload
- Schedule : Monday through Friday
- Almost 30 days off annually. Actually off . 20 days PTO plus 7 paid holidays. CEU days, conferences, company events, and training don't count toward that number. Time off means time off.
- Manageable Caseloads : Caseload is typically capped at 8-10 enrolled children . Dedicated C enter A dministrators handle scheduling logistics, so your time stays focused on clinical work.
Education and Career Growth
- 6 weeks of structured onboarding and ongoing training for new BCBAs
- A defined career trajectory. BCBA → Senior BCBA → Clinical Specialist → Clinical Mentor → Master Clinician → Senior Director of Clinical Services → Area Director of Clinical Services → Regional Director of Operations
