Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a member of our team, you will use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, by following patients' treatment plans. Your primary responsibility will be to provide ABA services to our clients, including data collection, and submission of data on an electronic data system.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, by following patients' treatment plans
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration

We are committed to providing high-quality ABA services to children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). Our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapists/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in special education or applied behavior analysis
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to speak English and Spanish
• Availability to work afternoon hours (2pm-8pm)
• $500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
