Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Develop, update, and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training
- Review client data and maintain clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Texas LBA
- Experience with CentralReach preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable providing remote supervision, coaching RBTs, and guiding caregivers
