Skill Sprouts ABA is looking for a BCBA to join our growing team in New Mexico! Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising and supporting RBTs, analyzing client progress, and providing caregiver training. We’re looking for someone with an active BCBA certification, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping children with autism build meaningful skills. This is a contract position with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible scheduling options. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!
